Keaton Barrow Realty | Commercial Real Estate in Raleigh and Charlotte
Start Your Commercial Property Search
Search office, retail, industrial, flex, land, and investment property across the Raleigh and Charlotte regions. Filter by property type, size, and submarket, then work with a brokerage that can walk the space with you, review the numbers, and negotiate the deal.
Commercial availability is drawn from the connected MLS feed and updated through the day. Some opportunities are handled off market, so tell us what you need and we will bring you what is not posted publicly.

How the Search Works
From Requirement to Signed Deal
From Requirement to Signed Deal
Commercial moves slower than residential and carries more variables. This is the sequence we run so nothing gets discovered late.
Define the Requirement
Use, square footage, budget, parking, power, zoning, and the date you need to be operating. The tighter this is, the shorter the search.
Review the Market
We pull everything listed that fits, plus quiet availability we know about from other brokers and owners across both regions.
Tour the Shortlist
We schedule the tours, ask the operating questions on site, and get you the expense and lease detail that never appears in a listing.
Negotiate and Close
Letter of intent, lease or purchase terms, due diligence, and coordination through to occupancy or closing.

See What Is Available by Submarket
Location drives a commercial deal more than anything else. Use the map to compare access, visibility, and what is trading nearby.
Where We Work
Commercial Submarkets Across the Triangle and Charlotte
Access, visibility, and zoning shift block by block in both regions. Start with the submarket that fits the business, then narrow by building.
Commercial Search Questions
Does the search show every commercial property on the market?
It shows everything listed in the MLS feeds connected to this site. A meaningful share of commercial inventory in both regions is marketed privately or through broker networks rather than the MLS, which is why sending us your requirement usually surfaces more than the public search alone.
Can I search lease space and for sale property at the same time?
Yes. Set the search to either and we will show both, then narrow once you know which structure fits your capital position and timeline better.
Do I pay a fee to work with you as a tenant or buyer?
In most lease and sale transactions the fee is paid by the owner or landlord out of the transaction rather than by you. Where that is not the case we tell you before you tour anything.
Can you help with zoning and permitted use questions?
We flag the zoning classification and known restrictions on any property you are considering and point you to the jurisdiction for confirmation. We are not attorneys or land use consultants, and for a use sensitive deal we recommend bringing one in early.
What should I have ready before touring?
Required square footage, budget as a monthly or total figure, occupancy date, parking count, and any technical requirement such as power, ceiling height, drive in access, or grease trap. For a purchase, start the lender conversation first.
How current is the listing data?
The connected IDX feed refreshes throughout the day. Pricing and availability on commercial property still move faster than the feed in an active market, so confirm anything you are serious about with us directly.
